I understand to bring in my camping unit I need to provide a copy of the title, bill of sale, or registration for the camper, and supply a drawing of where the camper is going to be placed. Campers cannot exceed 42ft in legnth. One camping unit is permitted per lot. I understand to bring in gravel or dirt a permit is needed. I understand before building a platform, fence, or firepit a permit is required from site control. To build or bring in a shed, build a deck, place a rv cover, screen room, etc. a permit is required from site control and a zoning permit from Spotsylvania County. Structures cannot be larger than 200sqft. A drawing must be provided of the structure and where it will be placed. I understand that I cannot stay more than 210 nights per fiscal year and I cannot use my property as a primary residence.
