OPTION #1  

One-time payment in the amount of $1,656.00 due November 1, 2025 and must be paid by November 30, 2025.  
Payments received after November 30th will be considered delinquent  and assessed interest charge of 5.0% each month until paid and membership cards will be de-activated.

 

OPTION #2  

4-payment plan installment (a processing fee of $40.00 will be applied to this payment  option which will make the total amount due to IACT $1,696.00): Payment schedule is as follows:
  • 1st payment of $424.00 due November 1, 2025, payments received after November 30th will be considered delinquent and assessed interest charge of 5.0% each month until paid  and membership cards will be de-activated.
  • 2nd payment of $424.00 due January 1, 2026, payment received after January 31st will be considered delinquent and assessed interest charge of 5.0% each month until paid and membership cards will be de-activated.
  • 3rd payment of $424.00 due March 1, 2026, payment received after March 31st will be considered delinquent and assessed interest charge of 5.0% each month until paid and membership cards will be de-activated.
  • 4th payment of $424.00 due May 1, 2026, payment received after May 31st will be  considered delinquent and assessed interest charge of 5.0% each month until paid and membership cards will be de-activated.
 

OPTION #3  

6-month payment plan installment (a processing fee of $60.00 will be applied to this  payment option which will make the total amount due to IACT $1,716.00): Payment schedule is as follows:
  • 1st payment of $286.00 due November 1, 2025, payments received after November 30th will    be considered delinquent and assessed interest charge of 5.O% each month until paid and membership cards will be de-activated.
  • 2nd payment of $286.00 due December 1, 2025, payment received after December 31st will  be considered delinquent and assessed interest charge of 5.0% each month until paid and membership cards will be de-activated.
  • 3rd payment of $286.00 due January 1, 2026, payment received after January 31st will be considered delinquent and assessed interest charge of 5.0% each month until paid and membership cards will be de-activated.
  • 4th payment of $286.00 due February 1, 2026, payment received after February 28th will be considered delinquent and assessed interest charge of 5.0% each month until paid and membership cards will be de-activated.
  • 5th payment of $286.00 due March 1, 2026, payment received after March 31st will be considered delinquent and assessed interest charge of 5.0% each month until paid and membership cards will be de-activated.
  • 6th payment of $286.00 due April 1, 2026, payment received after April 30th will be considered delinquent and assessed interest charge of 5.0% each month until paid and membership cards will be de-activated.
