DUES NOTIFICATION TO ALL IACT PROPERTY OWNERS:
The IACT BOD voted for the 2024-2025 Dues to be set as $1,608.00. The IACT BOD has approved the following options.

OPTION #1   One-time payment in the amount of $1,608.00 due November 1, 2024, and must be paid by November 30, 2024.  Payments received after November 30^th will be considered delinquent and assessed interest charge of 5.0% each month until paid and membership cards will be de-activated.

OPTION #2   4-payment plan installment (a processing fee of $40.00 will be applied to this payment option which will make the total amount due to IACT $1,648.00): Payment schedule is as follows:
1st payment of $412.00 due November 1, 2024, payments received after November 30th
will be considered delinquent and assessed interest charge of 5.0% each month until paid and membership cards will be de-activated.
2nd payment of $412.00 due January 1, 2024, payments received after November 30th
will be considered delinquent and assessed interest charge of 5.0% each month until paid and membership cards will be de-activated.
3^rd payment of $412.00 due March 1, 2025, payment received after March 31^st will be
considered delinquent and assessed interest charge of 5.0% each month until paid and membership cards will be de-activated.
4^th payment of $412.00 due May 1, 2025, payment received after May 31^st will be
considered delinquent and assessed interest charge of 5.0% each month until paid and membership cards will be de-activated.

OPTION #3   6-month payment plan installment (a processing fee of $60.00 will be applied to this payment option which will make the total amount due to IACT $1,668.00): Payment schedule is as follows:
1^st payment of $278.00 due November 1, 2024, payments received after November 30^th will be considered delinquent and assessed interest charge of 5.O% each month until paid and membership cards will be de-activated.
2^nd payment of $278.00 due December 1, 2024, payment received after December 31^st will
be considered delinquent and assessed interest charge of 5.0% each month until paid and membership cards will be de-activated.
3^rd payment of $278.00 due January 1, 2025, payment received after January 31^st will be considered delinquent and assessed interest charge of 5.0% each month until paid and membership cards will be de-activated.
4th payment of $278.00 due February 1, 2025, payment received after February 28th will be considered delinquent and assessed interest charge of 5.0% each month until paid and
membership cards will be de-activated.
5^th payment of $278 due March 1, 2025, payment received after March 31^st will be considered delinquent and assessed interest charge of 5.0% each month until paid and membership cards will be de-activated.
6^th payment of $278.00 due April 1, 2025, payment received after April 30^th will be considered delinquent and assessed interest charge of 5.0% each month until paid and membership cards will be de-activated.

Please Note that if you choose option #2 or option #3 you are still responsible for the processing fees regardless
if you pay it off early or not.  Property Owners will Not be allowed to switch payment plans throughout the
year.

DUES are DUE November 1, 2024 and must be received by November 30th PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED IN THE OFFICE BY THE DUE DATE NOT POSTMARKED BY THE DUE DATE!
When paying by credit card a 3% surcharge will be charged. Payments can be made by check in the mail, credit card over the phone, online throughout website: www.indianacres.org or at IACT OFFICE For those using our secure online payment system (accessed through the members only section on our website), our online system will not reflect the payment balance due of $1,608.00 until November 1,2024, however, payments may be made using the online system and any time.  This system will update on November 1, 2024, reflecting all payments received along with current account balances.
